Complimentary Coaching Session
If you're interested in learning more about coaching take advantage of a complimentary coaching session. This sample coaching conversation will last about 30 minutes and explore why you're considering coaching and experience what coaching will be like. You'll also get a sense of my style and approach and see if it's a good fit for you. For coaching to be successful, it's critical that we can work well together and create a strong, effective coaching alliance.
The first step in our working together begins with an extended session (90 minutes) where we'll begin to open the infinite possibilities as we explore your values, goals, dreams and aspirations. This is where I get to know you, what you want from coaching, and how I can best support and encourage you. This conversation sets the foundation for our work together. We'll discuss many topics and then begin to hone in on what's really important to you and start the journey toward becoming your best self.
Many coaches work with contracts for a specified number of sessions or months. While ongoing coaching is highly recommended to ensure that the progress made is sustained far beyond the coaching relationship, there are also many clients who benefit from coaching on an infrequent "as needed" basis. We can design a regular schedule or another arrangement that meets your needs.
In between our sessions you will be asked to do "field work" which is mutually agreed upon, customized activities designed to get you on track. The more time and energy spent on these activities the bigger the return on your investment. Therefore, it is important to plan on allocating adequate time. The financial investment for coaching is determined by our mutually agreed upon plan. The important question to ask is ... what it will cost you if you do nothing ?
